Inspiring Learning for All

Inspiring Learning for All (ILfA) is a framework which enables staff working in museums, libraries and archives to look at ways in which their organisations can inspire people and support learning.

Since our regional launch in September 2004, we have run a series of training workshops to introduce museums, libraries and archives to the principles of Inspiring Learning for All. The purpose of these workshops have been to encourage the adoption of ILfA across the sector and to build confidence in using the website. We have aslo run sessions dedicated to evaluation and the Generic Learning Outcomes.

We have formed the Learning Advocates Network - a network of sector professionals who are regional advocates for ILfA, and embedded the framework within our own working practices, including our business planning.

Follow the links to the left of this page to find out more about our activities relating to ILfA and to discover how museums, libaries and archives are using the framework within their own organisations.
