Claire McDade, Museum Development Officer, leaves us in mid-September for new pastures. In the time Claire has been with us, she has made a huge contribution to developing strong and sustainable relationships across the region’s museums and has vastly increased MLA North West’s knowledge of the domain. She has also played a key role in our partnership with the North West Hub, in developing a region-wide Renaissance North West plan for museums. Her new role, as Director of Norton Priory, gives Claire a great opportunity to build on her experiences, and all of us at MLA North West wish her the very best for the future.
MLA North West is currently working with the North West Hub on a joint programme of support and development for regional museums, funded by Renaissance in the Regions. An update on future developments will be issued in the coming months.
