Briefing: Culture, Creativity and Extended Services In and Around Schools

As a major delivery initiative for integrated children’s services, Government’s vision is that all schools will be offering access to extended services (through schools and partner organisations) by 2010. The briefing also promotes the role of local authority cultural services as key partners in the planning, development and delivery of extended services. This briefing has been endorsed by the North West Regional Advisers for the Training and Development Agency for Schools (TDA), and distributed to all Extended Schools Remodelling Advisers within local authority children’s services across the region.
