MLA North West is pleased to welcome more museums into the Museum Accreditation Scheme.

The most recent successful applicants are the five museums that make up Tameside's Museum and Gallery Service. In recent months we have also welcomed museums from Lancashire County Council, Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council, Salford Metropolitan Borough Council as well as The Greater Manchester Police Museum and Saddleworth Museum and Art Gallery.
All museums that are currently part of the Registration Scheme will be invited to apply for the Accreditation Scheme.
