Provided by the North West Federation of Museums and Galleries this event is open to all heritage and museum staff, especially those involved in audience development.
The day provides an opportunity for participants to explore how museums can work with and develop audiences within hard to reach communities.
Speakers will share good practice on working in partnership with organisations such as Sure Start and the youth service and how to build sustainable relationships with hard to reach groups based on continued engagement and evaluation.
