Demystifying ILFA

Open to all staff working in museums, libraries and archives, this training day is designed for museum professionals who want to explore and discover practical ways of using the Inspiring Learning for All framework. Gain ideas on how to use ILFA strategically as a planning tool. Find solutions on encouraging staff across the museum to engage with the Framework. Understand what Generic Learning Outcomes are and how they can be used as an effective evaluation tool for all learning activities.

By the end of the session, participants will:

  • have gained confidence in using ILFA
  • have developed skills in using the Inspiring Learning for All Framework as a planning tool to improve learning provision in your museum
  • have developed knowledge of the Generic Learning Outcomes - the learning theories that underpin ILFA
