  • Sally Manuireva, Sheffield Galleries and Museums Trust

By the end of the session, participants will:

  • have gained practical tips and design solutions to change unwelcoming environments
  • have gained confidence in managing the increasing demands on visitor servies from political agendas such as Disability Discrimination Act compliance and cultural diversity
